Our Conditions of Use and other Legal Information:
Please read everything before placing an order!
By doing so, you
acknowledge that you understand and agree to all of our policies.
Our Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important us. We never disclose or sell
customer information.
Payments: We accept credit cards through Paypal, Paypal payments, checks and
money orders. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and has
cleared. There is a $35 charge for all NSF checks.
In the Event of a Backorder: We typically have most items on hand when you order
them. If for any reason we have a backorder on an item we will notify you within
24 hours and will give you the opportunity to cancel the item(s) from your
order. The average processing time for backorders is 7 to 10 days.
Canceling Orders: You will be charged a 10% restocking fee if you cancel an
order once it has been processed.
Return/Refund Policy: You have five days from the date you receive your order to
contact Kapeli with any problems you may have with your order.
Shipping: Your order will be packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible
once payment is received and cleared. If for some reason it will be delayed we
will notify you with any expected delay. Our orders are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail. Once items are shipped, Kapeli is no longer
responsible. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance for your
package! If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, or the inability
of the Post Office to deliver for any reason, you'll be responsible to pay the
entire shipping charge again to receive your order.
Your total happiness and satisfaction is our goal! If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, please go to our Contact Us page and let us know why.
We will then respond back to you with instructions for returning your order if a
return is warranted.

responsible for any injuries and / or damage caused by irresponsible candle
burning, failure to follow safe burning instructions, or inattention to your
candles. By purchasing our candle(s) you are signifying that you understand the
above instructions, are aware of safe burning practices, are fully responsible
for any injuries or damages occurring due to carelessness and /or inattention,
and that you accept the aforementioned policy.
